ZLG2P2 Automatic Secondary Packaging Baling Machine for Rice Sugar Salt

Intoduction :

This machine is designed to automatically pack pre-made small bags (e.g., plastic bags of rice, pet food, table salt, or white sugar) into larger PP woven bags. The entire process is fully automated and includes:

• Automatic bag loading – PP woven bags are picked and positioned automatically.

• Bag opening – The mouth of the PP bag is opened for filling.

• Counting – The number of small bags to be packed into each large bag is precisely controlled.

• Filling (loading) – Small bags are counted and dropped into the large PP bag.

• Automatic sewing/closure – After filling, the PP bag is conveyed to a sewing machine for hemming or sealing.

Once the secondary packaging is completed, the system can be seamlessly integrated with a palletizing robot, enabling an unmanned packaging workshop — from bagging to palletizing, all without manual intervention.
